Students must be in grades 9-12 and 14.5 years of age before enrolling in this course. The cost for the course is $65, and payments can be made through PayPal. This course is open to students in the WRESA service area. This includes the following counties: Buncombe, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Macon, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Polk, Rutherford, Swain, Transylvania, and Yancey.
