**NOTE: Interns and Dual Enroll students must attend their Mtn. Heritage classes on these days.  They must make prior arrangements with their Dual Enroll teachers or employers to arrive late on delayed schedule school days.

Visitors 

All visitors to the Mtn. Heritage campus must report to the Front Desk to check in and get a visitor's pass. 

Early Pick-Up Instructions

  1. If you will be picking your child up before the end of the school day, you need to call the office and speak with school personnel to let them know your child will be leaving early.
  2. When you arrive at the school, please come to the Front Desk and the receptionist will call your child to the office.
  3. All students must sign-out when leaving the campus. Students will sign-out at the Front Desk.
  4. All students must sign back in when returning to the campus before the end of the school day. Students will sign-in in the Attendance Office. The student will be given a note from Mrs. Joni Hughes to give to their teacher when they return to class.
Allowing Your Child to Leave School Early

  1. If your child drives to school and you want to allow them to leave campus before the end of the school day, you must call the office and speak with school personnel to give your child permission to leave.
  2. If you send a written permission note to school with your child he/she must take it to the office and give it to one of the administrators.  You will be called to verify that your child does have permission to leave campus early. (This is for your child's safety and protection).
  3. The student will be given an early dismissal note to show their teacher and the gate security officer when it is time for them to leave campus.
  4. All students must sign-out when leaving the campus. Students will sign-out at the Front Desk.
  5. All students must sign back in when returning to the campus before the end of the school day. Students will sign-in in the Attendance Office. The student will be given a note from Mrs. Joni Hughes to give to their teacher when they return to class.
Cell Phone Policy

Students may use cell phones and other hand-held devices in the mornings before first period begins, between classes, during lunch and after school. It is therefore expected that students will NOT text, make phone calls, or use hand-held devices during instructional time (including hallways) unless teacher permission is given.



Parking Stickers

Students must purchase a parking sticker each semester in order to park on the high school campus. You must be a Junior or Senior to purchase one.  Stickers are on sale only during the first two weeks of each semester.  Parking stickers may be purchased from Mrs. Toro.  Parking stickers cost $30.00 for the entire year or $20.00 per semester.


Athletic Passes

If you or your family attends many of the school athletic events at Mtn. Heritage, you may want to purchase an athletic pass. These passes allow you to enter any regular athletic event that is held at Mtn. Heritage for the entire school year without purchasing a ticket.  You cannot use the athletic passes at away games or for tournament games. You must show your pass at the door or gate for each event that you attend. Athletic passes may be purchased from Mrs. Toro. There are only a limited number of passes for sale each year.
